We have created a matcha sweet that is unique to Kyoto's teahouses from the old French sweet "Langue de Chat". With a crispy and pleasant texture. The dough is made with plenty of high-grade matcha that can withstand the heat of baking. For the chocolate, we selected white chocolate with a light aftertaste that complements the matcha.
